"Do one thing every day that scares you." — Eleanor Roosevelt
There can be many things that cause us fear, from the justified to the unjustified. Fears can run the gamut from thoughts about the future to our children's safety, to meeting new people, to facing new responsibilities. At its worst, fear can be paralyzing. But, we have the ability to face things we fear even while sensing fear creep in. Starting today, do one thing every day that scares you. It can be something big like saying "yes" to a marriage proposal, or something small like attending a dance class you have long feared but wanted to participate in.
